1. The product
Diplo Translator Omni is a software package for supported versions of Umbraco. It assists with translating saved Dictionary and content values through an Umbraco.AI provider configured by the customer.
2. Single Site Licence
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, a Single Site Licence permits installation and use for one production Umbraco website. The commercial licence supplied at purchase defines the rules for development, test and staging installations, domains, multisite use, transfers and agency use.
3. Third-party services and costs
The product depends on Umbraco, Umbraco.AI, a compatible AI provider, and potentially other third-party software. The customer is responsible for provider accounts, credentials, terms, usage limits, and charges. These services are not included in the product price.
4. AI-generated output
Machine-generated translations may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or culturally inappropriate. The customer is responsible for reviewing output before publication and for any professional, legal, regulatory, or accessibility review appropriate to the content.
5. Acceptable use
The product must not be used unlawfully, to bypass third-party terms, to process content the customer is not authorised to use, or to expose credentials and confidential information without appropriate safeguards.
6. Support and updates
Support response targets, update entitlement, supported product versions, the maintenance period and the end-of-life policy are governed by the licence and purchase description in force when an order is placed. No commitment beyond that written description should be inferred from this website.
7. Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the software is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The commercial licence supplied at purchase defines the applicable warranty exclusions, liability limits and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Checkout, taxes, and refunds
Online purchasing is not currently available. When it opens, checkout will be hosted by Polar, which may act as merchant of record and handle payment, taxes, receipts and fulfilment. The purchase page will state the applicable refund and cancellation position before payment.
