# Diplo Translator Omni commercial software licence Copyright (c) 2026 Dan "Diplo" Booth. All rights reserved. This licence applies to Diplo Translator Omni (the "Software") supplied by Dan "Diplo" Booth (the "Licensor"). It does not apply to third-party components, which retain their own notices and licences. ## Permission to use the Software While you hold a valid paid or evaluation entitlement, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the compiled Software for the installations and purposes allowed by that entitlement and any applicable order. An evaluation entitlement is subject to its stated feature and usage limits. You may make copies reasonably necessary for installation and backup within those limits. Unless a separate order expressly provides otherwise, a paid Single Site Licence covers one production Umbraco website and its associated development, test and staging environments, with up to three active installations in total. Each independent installation requires activation. These slots do not permit use for unrelated production websites. Retired installations may be deactivated to release a slot; additional installations require an agreed arrangement. A free evaluation permits one active installation and five accepted single-page draft translation runs, with no time limit. Previews and read-only reporting do not consume a run. Section translation, bulk Dictionary translation, overwriting existing values and forced retranslation require a paid entitlement. Deactivation does not reset consumed evaluation usage. AI provider usage is a separate cost. ## Ownership and restrictions The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in the Software and its source code. This licence does not grant access to, ownership of, or permission to use, copy, modify, publish or distribute the source code. You must not redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent or make the Software available as a standalone product to another party. You must not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that applicable law does not allow this restriction. ## End of entitlement Your permission to use the Software ends when the applicable entitlement ends or is revoked. You must then stop using the Software and remove copies of the Software, except copies that applicable law requires you to retain. Ending the entitlement does not transfer ownership of your content or translation data to the Licensor. ## Other terms Purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund and support terms are provided separately at the point of sale. Nothing in this licence limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.
